Having received concerns from members regarding the prohibition of the wearing of “jeans” on Level 2, Grand Stand, the Management Committee of the ARC tabled this matter for discussion at the Club’s Annual General Meeting on September 27, 2015. We are now pleased to advise that the wearing of jeans will be permitted on Level 2 of the Grand Stand. The revised dress code for Level 2 is stated below:-

Wendell Kangaloo Members Stand (Level 2, Grand Stand)

• Ladies, Gentlemen, and children over 12 years of age – Elegantly Casual Vests, Tank Tops, Slippers, Short Pants, Three-quarter pants, Caps, and any clothing revealing bare midriff, ripped or torn clothing, extreme attire, and indecent clothing are NOT permitted on the Members’ Floor (Level 2).
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to Level 2, Grand Stand if not appropriately attired.
• The Dress Code for the under-mentioned areas of Santa Rosa Park remains unchanged:

Winners Enclosure

• All persons entering the Winners Enclosure are asked to be appropriately attired.
• Vests, Tank Tops, Slippers, Short Pants, three-quarter pants, extreme attire, and indecent clothing are NOT permitted.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the Winners Enclosure if not appropriately attired.

Parade Ring

• All persons entering the Parade Ring are asked to be appropriately attired.
• Vests, Tank Tops, Slippers, Short Pants, three-quarter pants, extreme attire, and indecent clothing are NOT permitted.
• Persons entering the Parade Ring must be accompanied by the Owner/Trainer of the particular horse that is being saddled in the Parade Ring.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the Parade Ring if not appropriately
